Rare 90's Bob Mackie Solarisse Glamour Angel Limited Edition Doll

  
What a beautiful find we came across along our treasure seeking path. This is a rare Bob Mackie glamour angel doll (#872) design named "Solarisse" from the 1990's era and a limited edition. It comes with it's original boxing along with paperwork included. It's an open box and in very good condition. A limited edition #872 of the 5,000 that were only made. It was well taken cared for with no nicks, chips or cracks.

Looked over it several times to find any flaws, but in mint condition. What i have learned about this particular item, within the fashion world, was in the 90's era they had embraced the mindset of multiculturalism showcasing models of diverse cultures whether on the runways or in Hollywood. This type of "Solarisse" look is very edgy and seductive with it's sleek design along with beautiful bold color and eye catching accessory details.

In the 90's the strong women wore more bold tones and risque clothing versus the bland colors in that era. Just a beautiful piece of artwork from Bob Mackie. A very nice gift or collectible item for the enthusiasts of this kind.
