Prima Ballerina Lighter Than Air Porcelain Barbie Doll 2001 Limited Edition. Condition: Brand new in box. Inspired by the paintings of Edgar Degas, Barbie is a beautiful ballerina made of fine bisque porcelain. Dressed in a classic ballet gown with a corset-style bodice, delicate chiffon sleeves, and a multi-pleated tulle skirt, she is the personification of grace. The layers of her skirt are various hues, evoking a similar palette to Degas' paintings.

Flowers accent her shoulder and waist, with a lovely organza bow in the back. She wears a simple black silk ribbon at her neck, and ivory ballet slippers. And true to the paintings that inspired her, Barbie doll's brunette hair is styled in a chignon bun and decorated with flowers.

Never has been removed from box. Box is in good condition with slight tear on the upper right side with normal shelf wear such as scuffing, little indents, minor creases, etc.
