2008 Mattel - Pop Life Barbie doll. Barbie has blonde hair and blue eyes.

She has a "Mod" Steffi-like face with rooted eyelashes. She is wearing a black & white mini dress with pink tights, white go-go boots, and chunky Mod accessories. She comes with a white and yellow plastic chair. Doll is limited to 6,800 produced worldwide. Item has never been removed from box, but there is one dent on the back bottom of the box and light wear on the bottom overall.
