From the creative team at Mattel comes the Limited Edition Color Magic Barbie. This Limited Edition Reproduction of the 1966 Color Magic Barbie is stunning!

When this doll was originally released heads turned because by using a special solution Barbie's blonde hair changed from blonde to scarlet flame and the midnight hair changed to ruby red. It took two years for a chemical engineer to develop this incredible doll.

Today, the original Color Magic Barbie is still fondly remembered and highly sought after. This beautiful recreation is dressed in a reproduction of the original multi-colored, diamond print swimsuit with a headband pulling back her beautiful black hair. She also has a reproduction "Bloom Bursts" Shantung floral ring dress and pink organza bonnet from 1967. This beautiful doll is enhanced with a dramatic red lip is accented with painted nails and a lovely side-glancing eyes.

Accessories include hair net, hair ribbons and hair clips. Faux sponge applicator and faux color change "packets". Unlike the original Color Magic Barbie produced in 1966, this Limited Edition reproduction doll does not have a color change function.
